Ah, Good Friday. Four days of being at home. Ahhhhhh, and it's perfect couch weather too.

I have just had a lovely week of baking cupcakes for Easter, but only got to bake two flavours. Fun, but not exactly exciting. The moist lemon with cream cheese frosting was far and away the most popular, which was complete news to me.

This raised the question which has been floating around in my mind for quite some time now. What flavours do YOU like? Are you a chocoholic who would climb over your own grandmother to get to a Toblerone? Or is it perhaps the smooth rich taste sensation of Red Velvet which leaves you weak at the knees? Convential but comforting Vanilla? Cute-as-a-button Coconut Ice? Or have you been indulging in my cupcakes for a while and can't go past the original - White Chocolate with White Chocolate ganache?
