Pink Pistachios, definitely (or should that be Definatalie...?)
I am totally loving being a (very small) part of the blogosphere. I am meeting so many talented people and getting so much great advice from people who have been there, done that, started their own small business! Without their ideas and assistance, I wouldn't be baking.
I have found some incredibly clever people too, just through exploring. Check out the wonderful Definatalie, she is brilliant, inspired even! I happen to be the new owner of a great piece of artwork - it's amazing what that girl can do with watercolours, pens and plain ol' coloured pencils. Have a look at my lovely Ms Cupcake.

Don't you just want to eat her all up? (Oh, and her scrumptious pink pistachio cupcake too...?)
On that note, I am going to give away MORE cupcakes this week. All you need to do is comment below, and add a link to a website that inspires you.
It could be anything, a small business page, a blog so clever you wonder where it has been all your life (On The Road To Where? is great), a page of wonderful quotes, a talented musician (Clare Reynolds, anyone?) historical photos, your old high school.
No matter what, I want to know what on the web inspires you. Entries close on Sunday 24th May at 10pm and I will randomly select one winner to receive a dozen of my new pink pistachio cupcakes to share with those who inspire them. Gluten-free and lactose-free peeps, feel free to enter, I would totally love the challenge of adapting recipes for you, really! (That means you - BFF!)
Have a lovely week, and don't forget to inspire people - just by smiling, you can change their day!

Hi Katy,
Natalie's drawings are gorgeous. Where can one buy a print?

Love the website Katy! And congratulations for bringing cupcakes back to the PEOPLE! I've always felt that Cupcakes have been too long the domain of Multinational Corporate Dragon Ladies like Martha Stewart and Maggie Beer (They're not made with love people!!! They use cost based accounting instead! Which makes them taste papery!).
And it's obvious that a whole lotta love is going into your cupcakes.
And sugar. Lots of sugar.
So from now on when considering a cupcake we should all be thinking, 'where's the love?'. Not 'where's the receipt?', not 'where's the walking machine?' and definitely not 'where's Bobbity taking my last cupcake?'.
Here's some other recipe sites that show the love;
