Sticking to my resolutions this year. I mean it this time, I really do.

I know I'll say this more than once before the end of the year, but I really want to stick to my resolution(s) this year. It's nothing too hard, it's just to take more photos, and to appreciate more of the little things. I'm figuring that looking for photographic opportunities will assist me to notice more than I normally would.

I see so many gorgeous blogs around the place which inspire me to look at things differently, especially ones with fantastic photography and imaging. I'm perfectly willing to share my finds too... if you share yours.

This gorgeous photo from {manda}, found at Flickr, makes me want to cycle away from the city on a squeaky retro bicycle, to a picnic in a grassy meadow, with a baguette and some nommy cheeses in my basket. Oi!

Locally, I am loving the photography and colours of Bush Babe. All her pictures manage to make me want to down the fashion mags, drop the nail polish, don my authentic vintage cowboy boots, pack the caravan (yep, we've got one!) and get on down the road. Plus, she's sweet as a button too. I love when the Interweb conspires to create friendships.

What have you found on the Interweb which inspires you to open your eyes, see things differently & do things differently?

Now, I just need to remember to open my eyes, and carry my camera everywhere!

Why THANKYA dear Katy... not sure I can live up to the 'sweet as a button' description, but applaud the resolution to carry the camera. I love sharing the little 'moments' of my life, and I love that it makes you feel like you'd like to experience a little of it too.
