Have you ever had a day where pretty much all you do is things that make you happy? Well, yesterday was that day for me.

I met up with some sweet girls at West End Markets for breakfast and a catch up, and treated myself to a couple of little things.

  

First purchase of the day (apart from a coffee, of course), was this super-sweet pair of earrings for $5. Yup, cheaper than my coffee. And they matched the dress I was wearing, so I got instant gratification from them. FAB!

  

The fire-coral-red roses were an impulse buy, tucked away out the back of the markets. I couldn't resist the colour and they are thriving happily on my corner table now. Yay! Lots of yays!

This afternoon, I am heading to the Asia Pacific Triennial Exhibition at GoMa and the QLD Art Gallery, with a dear sweet friend, so more pics to follow.
