Say it with flowers
How on earth have you been? What? You've missed me? Awwww. Let me tell you, I've missed you too, my sweet little blog. Life has been busy, and I haven't meant to ignore you, but all of a sudden it's the second week of August and I don't know where the time has gone. Can you forgive me? Please? What if I give you flowers...? Everyone forgives with flowers.
How could you not forgive with these flowers? I have recently stumbled across the simply-so-sweet blog Botaniche, by illustrator and florist Katie Vernon. Her love of botanical drawings and her illustrative skills are combined in these delightful, and slightly whimsical prints. She has two etsy stores, and I can't decide which is my favourite! Chipmunk Cheeks has super-cute fauna and flora illustrations, while Botaniche is focussed on both traditional and less-formal custom botanical illustrations. Divine.
